With over two decades of experience since his start in 2002, Dante attributes his success to lessons from his parents' nurturing upbringing. Despite challenges during the 2007 real estate collapse, he founded Full Court Services, learning resilience firsthand. Today, as the founder of Epic Mortgage, Dante coaches clients through the mortgage maze, prioritizing relationships over transactions. As a Regional Mortgage Broker licensed in multiple states, his mission is to make homeownership achievable for all, exemplified in his book and ongoing commitment to financial education.

Born and raised a “military brat”, Dave has had the opportunity to live all over the world. This upbringing really helped mold one of his strongest personality traits, being "a people person”. Dave earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Montana. He was drawn to Big Sky Country to pursue an education but also to follow his passion for the outdoors including snowboarding, fly fishing, mountain biking, climbing, hiking and camping. Dave brings over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Known as an enthusiastic, forward-thinking problem-solver, his skill set really brings our clients a sense of calm throughout the home purchase process. Dave resides in the western suburbs of Chicago where he is happily married with 3 kids and a blind beagle. Angela is a licensed Loan Officer and Real Estate Agent in Illinois and Indiana. As Managing Broker for Epic World Realty, she is also a paralegal specializing in real estate foreclosure with the ability to assist with short sells, deed in lieu, debt settlement, cash for keys, notary public services, mobile closer, estate planning, etc. Real estate is truly her passion. As a realtor specializing in residential properties, she has always brought an abundance of energy, creativity, dedication, and experience of professional and personal knowledge to her work. Blanca Zuniga

Blanca has been in real estate for over 25 years, both in finance and sales. She was a former underwriter and has extensive knowledge of multiple loan programs. Blanca is also the owner and Managing Broker of Simply Homes Real Estate Group. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elmhurst College. She and her husband Eduardo have been married for 34 years, have three children, and live in Aurora, IL. Her hobbies include gardening, decorating, water gardening and bird watching. She simply loves animals. Blanca works by referral and every one of her clients will say she has their best interests in mind. It’s not unusual for her and her clients to become and remain friends after the work is done.

Andre started his career in the mortgage industry running lead monitoring services and helping to train Loan Officers to stay current in this advancing marketplace. Through helping so many he realized a lane for himself to succeed by implementing what he was teaching to others, combined with a plethora of strengths to start him off on a path to be the best at his newfound craft. Andre studied Criminal Justice and Psychology at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He then moved on to work at Fortune 500 companies that gave him insight into corporate structure and how “Start Up’ businesses achieve success, but also how they could fail from having a weak infrastructure. Through this wealth of knowledge, Andre learned how to tiptoe the line of professionalism as well as having a genuine desire to help people. When the Pandemic hit, Andre pivoted into the mortgage loan business and has since found a new home at Epic Mortgage that will help him grow to his full potential. Gil obtained a BS in business from Illinois State University with a minor in Economics. He started his career with Household Finance Corporation as an Office Manager. Gil continued to further his education in graduate school with several courses toward his master’s degree. He also obtained his real estate broker license. He later worked for Talman Bank, (subsequently known as LaSalle Bank of America), where he worked as a Commercial Loan Specialist, Real Estate Owned Asset Manager and Vice President of Sales and Operations. Under his leadership his office originated and closed over half a billion dollars in mortgage loans.
In 1996, Gil started his own mortgage company, (Palace Home Mortgage Corporation), where his office originated residential as well commercial lending for more the 15 years. As Managing Broker for Palace Realty, Gil has been involved in negotiations for over one billion dollars in residential and commercial property.
In his current role as Loan Officer and Community Development Manager, Gil is working to expand the Epic Mortgage, Inc. imprint in the Chicagoland area.
